The Vietnamese
Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) is a government agency which fulfils
state management functions regarding science and technology activities, such as
the development of science and technology potentials, standards for quality measurement
of products and goods, intellectual property, atomic energy, radiation and
nuclear safety.
